Refund policy

All montelio products are currently offered on a pre-order basis.

Due to the nature of pre-orders, all sales are considered final once an order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion. 

Montelio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet those conditions.
